Real Racing 3 will not load

Always freezes in the exact same spot as my cloud save loads. I've cleared cache, re-installed and even changed devices. the game only works if I play from scratch with no progress.

I have the same problem for 5 weeks now and they can’t fix it. They told me to wait  till the next update!

    After latest update is the game working again.

        @0o25an6p0cjy I thought this was a new bug when it first hit me on November 18th 2024.
        Now I see it's been around for at least a year and across the board EA support has been giving only thoughts and prayers...
        Sad state of affairs!
