RED INFERNO - stage 4, Goal 2 of 4. Complete 2 laps…… and tailgate Zoe. NOPE!

Anyone of my fellow RR3 drivers out there experiencing the same issue as I am? 

In the RED INFERNO - Stage 4, goal 2 of 4 .. Complete 2 laps within the allotted time without damage, and tailgate Zoe for ‘30’ seconds. I am behind Zoe tailgating her and the 30 second timer IS NOT counting down!! I am well within the time limit to finish the race and having tried several times the timer does NOT count down. Therefore I cannot progress any further. 

HELP ANYONE!!
