Stucked in the grand prize screen - unable to races.

I was playing real racing 3 and game says i've won the grand prize. But i need 4500 points to get the prize but i have only 3000, i have to enter more races for the get more points, but i cant get out the prize screen. Game continually says "you've won the grand prize!" But i haven't, i've already tried reinstalling the game, clearing data, loading cloud saves, restarting my device and resetting progress — nothing worked. What should i do? (Btw i've tried sending the ticket too, they said please wait.)

    On the main screen, press the green info button in the upper left corner. There you can collect your points. Once you've reached 4500 points, you can collect your reward...

    But it won't let me race more to get those points because it's stuck at the screen where it's telling me to collect my grand prize even though I don't have enough points yet
