Since the latest update in Real Racing 3 (season 7) my Google account doesn't synchronise with RR3. It shows that I completed the weekly time trial but doesn't show my progress in the overview. Also ...
Try opening the game through Play games, and when you get inside the game try to do a time trial. When it asks you to login chose the option "register". See if it logins with your account.
