unable to close the notification box

Hello, I have a problem. I encountered a bug in Real Racing 3 where the game notification box keeps popping up and I can't close it. making it impossible to play I have tried uninstalling and updating the game. But the problem still exists.

    Never mind already solved it. You just need to claim the prize or just the latest notification for it to be close.
