Unable to connect to EA servers Xbox Series S

I am having the same problem on Grid Legends. Other EA games work online.  Edit: Moved post from Apex Legends to Grid Legends forum. -CM

    Hello, @peety124 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

        @EA_Aljo Hi Aljo,

        Any chance of working your magic on the Steam Platform for Grid Legends?
        We've been unable to play online since last Friday (May 10th) LOL
