Missed Gold 1,000 offered

I saw a mass message logging in on 1/18 that 1,000 gold was to be credited to my account with the game shutting down in 60 days but I do not see the 1,000 gold added and I have restarted and Re logged in multiple times. Anyone else experience this issue? Please help.
