Unable to download DLCs in Ultimate Edition

i I came across it by accident by on the game icon clicking down there was a section similar games I believe and it came up but looks like the link takes you there but unable to purchase, I remember a few weeks prior you could buy all 3 season passes or just season 2 but all would expire within a few weeks and couldn’t see why …. Then when it all disappeared it explained it. I’ve seen someone comment from EA below so hopefully we all get a fix for this soon I’m desperate to expand the game

If that is the case, take into account that our Service Updates delisted Grid on the 1st of December 2023. That's why some content is unavailable.

Yeah, but I paid extra for Ultimate Edition and the code for all DLCs should give us all Seasons until 2029 before it expires, so it's up to you to fix it.

Well, delisting a game shouldn't mean that people are robbed of content they paid for. We all bought the game new and only got a fraction of the content promised. I get that Seasons 1-3 are unavailable for purchase, but they should still be unlocked when someone redeems a valid code to activate them.

Yes, but we bought the Ultimate Edition that comes with a code that says it expires in 2029.
So we should be able to still unlock the DLCs for seasons 1, 2, 3 and the extra cars.
Instead we only unlocked VIP & Aston Martin car with the code and the rest shows unavailable.
EA should put obviously the game & DLC unavailable to purchase for general people after delisting. However, they MUST show available to the people who have this ULTIMATE EDITION code and those who previously purchased it.

@EA_Groguet do you have an update here? Ultimate edition codes are still redeemable and the content is not given as advertised.
- @EA_Groguet I have bought this in brand new condition recently with the DLC seasons bundled in and I’ve put the code in and it has been redeemed but it won’t show up when I play the game.
You need to look into this please.
Furthermore, I’ve also bought this brand new (the Ultimate Edition) with the DLC’s on the Xbox version recently and the DLC shows up in game, but on PlayStation I’ve redeemed the DLC with the 12 character code in the game box which is Season 1, 2 and 3 - however it won’t show up and tells me to go to the PlayStation store which is pointless as the DLC is delisted there.To clarify, I’ve bought the game as a physical copy (the DLC which comes with the Ultimate Edition) but it won’t show up in game. Works fine on Xbox, (it’s accessible there) but not on PlayStation. Please look into this and let me know when a fix will be incoming.

To finally add, like others above - on my tv screen it says I have redeemed the VIP Pass and the Aston Martin car but that code was also for the Season 1, 2 and 3 DLC’s! I feel really annoyed because I’m now out of pocket as I paid for these DLC’s as part of the Ultimate Edition disc that isn’t showing up on the game (yet it works on Xbox).
I, like others, should be able to play the DLC pack seasons (after all we paid for the Ultimate Edition version).
Where do we go from here? After a quick resolution.
Could this be a glitch on your end or with PlayStation? One of you will be responsible for this.

However, even with the game being delisted, the code/voucher inside the physical 'Ultimate Edition' still works but it doesn't give us all the DLC now.
Apparently it had to be manually added for GRID (2019)
But as @EA_Kent posted on the topic above, the GRID Legends automatically adds the DLC if you get the Deluxe Edition.
Can you escalate the GRID 2019 issue?
It only happens on PS4, because on XBOX the DLCs are added automatically as described.

Exactly. I have tried on PS4 and PS5 and the game won't let me play or 'redeem' the Season 1, 2 & 3 DLCs on any, despite having activated the 'Ultimate Edition' content code that came with the game disc.
I haven’t had any info from an EA member yet.
Still unresolved.
Please, can you escalate the issue so that the 'digital store/licences' team can check it with PlayStation?
Because the issue doesn't happen on Xbox despite the delisting. (Because with the Xbox code, the Seasons are automatically added to the library of owned DLC)
On PlayStation they weren't added automatically.

Salve, il problema è che Grid ultimate edition per PS4 nuovo/sigillato fa riscattare solo il dlc Vip e Aston Martin, ma non permettere di riscattare l'ultimate upgrade edition con season 1, season 2, season 3 e varie auto extra!
