RR3 multiplay problem

I'm playing games on my iPhone, but I can't log in to Facebook. So multiplayer is even worse. When I go into settings, I can't find the button called Facebook login. I can't see anything like the picture. I tried to access the Facebook app and fix it, but it didn't work. I tried to contact the customer service center, but they didn't even respond. Please help me
