I recently bought new, sealed copy of Grid Ultimate Edition and redeemed code and there is no way to download DLCs other than VIP status and Aston Martin. I know game was delisted from the store but really? Is there any way to download the DLCs and make it 100% trophies?

I’d rather not, that wastes far too much time when simply an EA team member should respond like on other posts on this forum - I’m sure then the others like me that want this sorted out will finally get an update which is taking forever to come…

To finally add, like others above - on my tv screen it says I have redeemed the VIP Pass and the Aston Martin car but that code was also for the Season 1, 2 and 3 DLC’s! I feel really annoyed because I’m now out of pocket as I paid for these DLC’s as part of the Ultimate Edition disc that isn’t showing up on the game (yet it works on Xbox).
I, like others, should be able to play the DLC pack seasons (after all we paid for the Ultimate Edition version).
Where do we go from here? After a quick resolution.
Could this be a glitch on your end or with PlayStation? One of you will be responsible for this.

Furthermore, I’ve also bought this brand new (the Ultimate Edition) with the DLC’s on the Xbox version recently and the DLC shows up in game, but on PlayStation I’ve redeemed the DLC with the 12 character code in the game box which is Season 1, 2 and 3 - however it won’t show up and tells me to go to the PlayStation store which is pointless as the DLC is delisted there.
To clarify, I’ve bought the game as a physical copy (the DLC which comes with the Ultimate Edition) but it won’t show up in game. Works fine on Xbox, (it’s accessible there) but not on PlayStation. Please look into this and let me know when a fix will be incoming.

Any update please? I’ve bought a sealed copy and am unable for the game to see that I have Season 1, 2 and 3 installed now that I’ve installed the game.

@EA_Groguet do you have an update here? Ultimate edition codes are still redeemable and the content is not given as advertised.
