Unable to log into Racenet in Dirt Rally 2.0 from PS5

I am unable to log into Racenet in Dirt Rally 2.0 on my ps5. I know the credentials are correct as I can log on from a computer. I have also linked my ps5 account to my EA account. 

The error I get is simply "Unable to sign into your Racenet account with the details supplied, please check and retry"
