Uproar Content Pack DLC inaccessible for PC

The Uproar Content Pack DLC can't be installed through the Xbox App for PC. It's available on Steam, so it's not a console exclusive, and it's a part of the Year One Edition.

I purchased Year One Edition through the Xbox App a long while ago and I've been trying to report this repeatedly but the current state of EA Support is ridiculous. Codemasters support never bothered to fix this either, but I guess because they got bought by EA before releasing Uproar Content Pack DLC.

I'm 100% sure that whatever team was responsible for listing/managing the Xbox store page for DiRT 5 accidentally screwed up, and it has been 4 years since and that team still didn't even notice nor fixed this issue. It's literally fixable through A CLICK ON A **bleep** CHECKBOX!!!

I genuinely hope someone fixes this, because I've been trying to access that DLC for years now.
