When can we expect a discount for DiRT Rally 2.0?

I really want to buy the game but, I don't have enough money currently, so I was wondering if someone has some info about maybe upcoming sales? By looking at price history of the game, it feels like the sale should be right now, or at least really close.

    @Ergot2137 if you're still working on it and have a computer, you can pick it up on Steam until the end of the month: it's less than €2 for the standard version and €6 for the GOTY version.
