Xbox Series X|S Crashes • Info Requested from Dev Team
Hello everyone,
The GRID Legends team have been keeping an eye on the conversations and reports from players who are experiencing performance issues on Xbox Series X|S consoles.
This is something the team is actively investigating and looking to resolve as soon as possible.
In order to help the development team further locate the causes of crashes and related issues, we would like you to report Xbox Series X|S crashes and using the following template:

Did you play the game using Quick Resume at the time, or do you fully Quit the game after each session?

Were you playing online or offline?

Related to the above, were you switching from Online to Offline before your race, or the other way round?

I'm delighted to share that Microsoft has informed us they have resolved the issue. Providing your console is connected to the internet and is able to download the latest Xbox system update as well as the v2.0 update for GRID Legends that released on May 19th, you should no longer see Xbox shutdowns related to the game.
