Ball/ Club Trail Purchase not working

Summarize your bug Ball Trail and club trail purchases not working
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase in store, try to select
What happens when the bug occurs? Save circle spins, no change to ball or club trail
What do you expect to see? Different club or ball trails I purchased

Ball Trail and club trail purchases not working. Unable to select or change different colors. Unable to select individual bag. Save circle just spins, but no change of selection

    I purchased the purple lightning club trail for $10k coins and it isn’t popping up in my bag. $10k coins have been removed from my account, but when I go to ball trail in my equipment, there are no options.

    Is anything else happening? No

    Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Reset Xbox and game multiple times. Waited several days. Nothing working.

    Bought purple smoke ball trail and green smoke ball trails which did finally show up but they are club trails and I bought ball trails can you please take the club trails (definitely not what I wanted) and give me the ball trails. I bought those 2 weeks ago or thereabouts.
