Black login screen EAapp

Hello EA Suppert team,
I'm trying to enter the EA app and I get a black login screen and it stays permanently like this. I can not see anything or enter the username or password. It just stays all black. I need help! Thanks

    HI @vivwat7111 Can we try the steps shared in the link above?

    From Windows 10 

    If you can’t open the EA app, you can also follow these steps to clear your cache. 

    1. Open the Start menu.
    2. Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
    3. Select App Recovery.
    4. A confirmation window will pop up. 
    5. Click Clear Cache.

    HI @vivwat7111 Thanks for letting us know what you are running into!

    Can we try to clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)?

    Hello EA illium, thank you for your message
    I can't hit where the menu because I'm stuck where log in and it doesn't load the big screen.
