Cannot login to EA Server - just installed game

Just purchased the game and cannot login to EA Server. It asked me to reset the password, which I did. Tried again and it says cannot login and asks to reset password again.

Platform: PS5

PSN ID/Xbox GT: island_cbr600rr

Region: Canada

Are you getting an error message? Yes, saying cannot connect to server and asking to reset password.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? June 9th

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

I reset my EA password.  Uninstalled the game, deleted save files, and reinstalled game.  Same issue happening.  I logged into my EA Account and tried to link my PSN account and got the following error: 

Linked Accounts Found

Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation® Network account island_cbr600rr already linked to your EA Account for 79*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime.
