Cannot purchase Premium Tier - Pro Pass
I am unable to purchase the Premium Tier for Pro Pass. I am playing on a PS5, and have the necessary points. When I press square nothing happens.

Hi @1ek9hqs72ecm, Can you try fully closing PGA Tour and relaunching the game? If this continue to check do you get any error messages?Thanks this seems to have worked!

I play PGA Tour Golf on my PC.
I have previously been able to purchase the Green diamond shaped "Points" in the store of EA PGA TOUR.
I am no longer able to purchase them.
In turn I purchase the EA Play. ( mistakenly so I as I already have it purchased through STEAM.
Now I have on EA play that may renew later in April this year and now a fresh new one.
I have tried again repeatedly to buy Point's in the in game store and it is doing nothing for me.
Can anyone help me to resolve this.
I have my purchase limits currently set to $50 each and still not able to buy, I have rebooted both STEAM and EA as I know that
is what usually clears this type error.
Can somebody please tell me how to correct this issue~!
I also updated my CC info and tried another card and neither work.
