Cant get to the main menu, keeps playing intro game over and over

Thanks for reaching out. What platform are you playing on?

Ps5, I have deleted the game and re installed same. I have put it into safe mode and cleared cache and rebuilt data base then re installed game just the same. The game starts the goes to the intro were you learn new controls for game but just keeps repeating, doesn't go past this to any menu to actually play the game

Thanks for getting back to me. Try deleting the personal saved data for PGA Tour. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate PGA Tour and delete the saved data.

Delete the game and re install also ?

Try the accepted solution here. Since the game is already installed, try installing it again and wait until it fully completes before playing.

Will try again but I have deleted the game and re installed about 5 times, cleared the cache rebuild the database. Deleted the saved file for it same
