Can't level up

Does anyone know why I can't level up my golfer when I am playing the game on PC? When I go to the skill screen the game fails to let me interact with the menus at all; however I don't have this issue on my Xbox Series X.

    The game would freeze at a notification screen. I ran a repair this afternoon and the bug seems to have been fixed; I will update this threat if the same bug occurs again.
