CE-117773-6 error pga tour

I cant connect to ea servers due to a code that comes up, CE-117773-6,  i had made contact with ea and they said its a psn issue, i contacted psn and they say its ea sports, it only comes on pga tour ,fifa works fine, but what do i do?

  • HI @8eb2bc493a64a5d1 Can we try the following steps and check if this message continues?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

  • Can’t play online or private match on ps5 keep on getting something went wrong error ce-117773-6 anyone else have this issue

    When you have a moment can we try the following steps?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)

    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type

    Yes it has only happened since the update yesterday I will try what you have mentioned on here to see if that helps thanks

    I restored license and it’s working again thanks for your help
