Challenge Goals Not Registering

Just started playing PGA Tour again after a break, and decided to go through some challenges to get more money for the store.

have been getting problems with a few challenges, especially on par 5's it appears, not registering I get a birdie or hit the green in regulation, bit of a problem when you need to hit all 5 GIR and get 5 birdies in 6 holes.

Current challenge with the problem is The Vault/US Womens Open/Round 2 Moments/Park - 6 Hole Stretch - Anyone else notice these issues.

    If I remember right there were some challenges where you had to back out of the challenge and then right back in for it to update the count.
