Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a profile, complete challenges, and earn awards. Create a second profile and see if the earned awards carry over.

What do you expect to see? Second (or third or fourth) profiles should start fresh, with all challenges/quests reset
All earned achievements from Golfer One profile carry over and show as completed - unable to earn xp for the second or subsequent golfer profiles.
Don't think it's a bug mate it's by design.
All gear etc. carry over so you only have to do challenges etc once with any golfer.
If you want to level multiple golfers you better spilt the challenges between them so they all benefit from extra XP, or just play a lot of courses with second golfer so you can grind XP that way.
