I have tried to go through the EA help menu several times, every time I try to start a chat it loops me back to the main menu. Has anyone else had this issue?

Try the following steps to reach out to our support.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select PGA Tour (or any game you're trying to play)
- Select the See all help topics
- Select the option I want to check my order status (or select an issue that matches your case)
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
If you no longer have access to the email on your accounts, try the steps in our Help Article: I can't access my email address
