What type of controller are you using?
Also, when you have a moment can we try the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

X box controller wireless with x box wireless adapter for windows 10 - Done the repair route already and launching from the EA app - controller did work ok in the game before it did an automatic update Monday. Done all the other things as suggested but seeing as how it worked ok in the game before the update, surely the update is the problem.

Would it be possible to test the controller wired?No - it's the wireless model, however I have sorted the issue somewhat. I had my EA account linked with my Xbox pass and once I had unlinked these the controller worked ok up to a point. The 'A' button doesn't work correctly - it shows the overhead of the hole as opposed to making the shot on the 3 click option.
