Crash on start

Try right clicking the EA app and then "Run as an Administrator".

Check your machine meets the requirements:

Hi @EA_Barry, I've tried both the above solutions plus after running system file checker, which repaired files successfully. I rebooted and then ran the EA app "as admin", and the same problem is happening. I get a blackscreen as if HDR is turning on, but then it black screen again and the program has crashed.

As seen in the DxDiag.txt in my initial response, the minimum requirements are easily met. Any other things I should try

My system would crash in the same way

After trial and error and a last resort i tried compatibility mode and it worked....Set all GFX settings on low and am now renabling them 1 by 1 and so far no crashes in 3 days

Are you talking about safe mode on windows? Compatibility mode doesn’t seem to work. I’m still getting crashes on startup

some days would work and some days game crashes all the time

HI @LidsGangGangGang Safe Mode can work, or you can also try Clean Booting your device and seeing if this continues!

Neither of these options worked

I have that issue also but i spotted that Kaspersky Internet security has quarantined the file due to virus thereat
