Daily Tournament not showing correct rank, position and no reward

Estou a enfrentar situação parecida. Terceira vez que termino um torneio diário com boa colocação e não recebo os créditos de recompensa. Na aba final mostra "Pending Rank".

Entrei em contato com Ajuda EA e não resolveram nada.

Já não bastasse a exclusão do rank de classificação geral, agora mais esse problema. 

O jogo está cada vez pior, infelizmente.

Completed the daily Tournament  All 18 - tour @ TPC Southwind on Saturday with a score of -23, which was the best ranked score but when the tournament had ended and the positions, rank and rewards are finalised on the leaderboard i was ranked 1 with -23, rank 2 was -22 but my position was given as -, rank as missed rank and no reward, I should of be Position 1, ranked winner and received 20 tickets.  I have screenshot the leaderboard and the ranking to show

2 weeks?  i dont think they heard you man. that ticks me off
