Disconnection while in tournaments

Over the past 2 week I’ve lost 200 tickets because of disconnects, today alone I’ve had 4 disconnects on the sim weekly tourney at 20 tickets a go. So I bought £20 of points to buy tickets and had another 2 disconnects. I’ve got screenshots if you want to see them. 
can you refund me my 240 tickets , call it 400 for the inconvenience and the amount I’ve spent in the store for nothing.
