Does EA Sports want to fix the bugs?

Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOUR
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Lots and lots of problems in the game and lots of people complaining, but no news of a patch to fix any. I have a couple of issues I will mention here: 1. I am trying to do the Callaway sponsor challenge. I got to the power drive challenge and to get the 3 star reward, you need to put 5 drives in the fairway. So, I always made sure that 'Power Drive' was selected, and I hit my drives. So far, I have hit 5 drives in the fairway at least a half dozen times. I still only have the 2 stars for getting one drive and 2 drives in the fairway, but nothing for getting all 5 drives. And this is preventing me from moving onto the next challenge because that one is a stinger challenge that I did and hit all 5 'Stinger' shots into the fairway, but none of them were awarded a star. 2. There is a huge problem with The Country Club course. The greens are a different shade of green and are a bright green color. The grid lines and bead movements are in a dull and faint gray color. You can't even see the bead movement for the break, and the grid is barely visible. This makes putting a guessing game. You can't even see the marker in the putting swing meter on where to stop your back swing. Even using the putting assist line doesn't help that much because you still can barely see the swing meter. And there are at least 2 green on that course where the break shows one way and the ball breaks the other way, but maybe it's just because I can't actually see the break because of the contrast of the color on the greens. With the color of the green as it is, you need to use maybe a blue color gridline or maybe a brighter and bolder color so we can see the lines. Right now competing on that course is an adventure in guess how the ball breaks on the pool table-like surfaces that golf balls roll like pool balls across a glass table. So, do these bugs actually get reported, or are all our reports falling on deaf ears?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to the Callaway Sponsor Challenges for the Power Drive Challenge. 2. Play a round on The Country Club course and see for yourself. The grid lines on the green are barely visible and you cannot see the bead movement to show the break.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. No awards for completing the challenge. I hit all 5 power drives in the fairway several times and still didn't get awarded my third gold star. 2. In the case of the greens on the Country Club Course, you simply cannot read the greens because of the conflicting contrast between the bright green color and the dull and faint gray color of the grid lines.
What do you expect to see? Why do I expect or what do I hope to expect? Realistically I expect these bugs are corrected. What will probably happen is nothing.
