Dont use Bluetooth xbox series controller on PC. FPS drops and stutter.

@Switch0rI had the same issue, I've never seen anything like this before, you helped a lot, thank you. It's ridiculous, it's been almost 2 years since the game released and problems like this one are still present in the game. It's a pity really, because the game itself is brilliant, but the performance, albeit better after the patches, still leaves much to be desired. I wonder why does this bug happen, I can't even find begin to undestand what causes it.
