ea app loops
When starting PGA through steam, it will open the EA Play app or whatever nonsense this is, and then once it starts to load the game, basically stops, the game itself never even opens up, and i'm returned to the EA Play app where nothing happened. I've verified game files. I've redownloaded this dumb app twice. This game works fine on my other computer. What is the deal here?
HI @WOWJR23 Can we try the following steps?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Remove any over-clocking or undervolt settings or software and check if the issue continues.
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
