Select the "EA Sports PGA Tour" game tile Then the "See all help topics" button Finally, select "I need help logging in to my EA Account" Available contact options may vary based on different factors, but you should have an option for Chat or Email to reach out to an advisor. If you're not seeing an option to contact support after that, it's possible you're not choosing an option that has support available. You should be choosing "I need help logging in to my EA account".

I'm sorry, but I'm heading out for the weekend now. I'll have to pick this up with you again on Monday if you're still unable to open a case.

Everything that the other guy experienced, I am as well. This is the most frustrating experience. I bought a bunk Fifa 24 game from you and it's continuously glitching out. Can't play clubs at all, and trying to report a case doesn't work because of this endless loop

Lad I am completely there with you. I think EA outsources their support to some Indian sweatshop. It is laughable how little intelligence and understanding they display in their support process. I am currently in one of these unsolvable loops myself and it's driving me insane..

can confirm. also getting send in circles atm.
you try to buy something from them and then basicaly have to put in a whole day of work to get what you have already bought.
what a joke.

it's still not fixed in October 2024...great Job ea...i mean why fix the support page right? This way nobody is able to complain
