ERROR CODE EC:104 QUICK FIX

FIND AND OPEN EA APP FILE LOCATION 

you will probably have several copies of the .exe installer file BUT look for  copy that doesn't have "restricted" next to it

Open it and don't click launch, click "REPAIR" 

Then manually restart your system and it will open.👍
