Expired credentials - Can't play the game
I can't log in to the EA servers. It prompts me to reset my password through a QR code.
I've changed my password twice so far. I checked my linked account and it was the wrong PSN account, so I unlinked it.
I tried login in with my PS account from the EA website, it also tells me my credentials avec expired.
I've tried all of the tips posted by the community managers. Any actual solutions to this?
I'm playing on PS5.

It seems like your PlayStation is already linked to a different EA account, and in order to get back into the game, you will have to reset the password on the EA account that is linked to your PlayStation. Please keep in mind that the credentials of your PlayStation account and EA account can be different. If you are having difficulties locating the correct EA account, please try and contact customer support. They might be able to assist with this.
