Game Crashing after Dolby Vision logo

Game crash when it tries to connect to EA server. Tried several times. Tried running as admin didn't help. Anything else I could try ?

    Thanks for letting us know about crashing issues when first starting EA Sports PGA Tour. 

    If you are still seeing crashing issues, would it be possible to get the following information?

    Update:

    A fix was released today to address issues with EA Sports PGA Tour Crashing due to your EA App Avatar, for more information check out our post here. 

    This thread will have anyone running into that issue merged there, as this thread relates to issues with Dolby Vision.

    We had an update rollout today, meant to address a few issues. For more information check the team message here.

    I wanted to check if this was still an issue for anyone.

Unplayable, 1 or 2 holes if your lucky before it crashes back to desktop

    @EA_Illium Hi there, 

    I've found a way to make it slightly better is turn off vsync and Anti aliasing and put all my graphics down to low, it does still crash but not anywhere near as often.

    Are you getting an error message? no error message just kicks me back to desktop

    Is anything else happening?

    How often does the bug occur? after every hole or so 
    How can we find the bug ourselves? should be able too, cant play the game properly

      I can try that, everything was just default, which was ultra and everything on. Maybe they will have a day one patch to fix whatever the issue is. I had zero stutter or frame drops at any point so I dont think its graphics related.

        @horskeyjon Hi mate, 

        I spent about half an hour playing around with the visual setting until I got it sort of stable it still crashes but not as often
