Game freezes

setup game again , and played 18 holes no problems

btw this stuff is still happening, not as frequent but enough to be annoying

Putting freezing on me as well , kind of , its not auto tap in on mine its just half of the time when i go to play the putt the animation freezing then after a couple of seconds just the ball rolls in or not if i havent aimed correctly!

Yes same thing been happening to me since the latest or previous patch I believe.  On Reddit someone told me to file a bug report but I don't know how.   Basically the only solution is not to quick putt on your last shot.   

What happens to me on the PC is if I quick putt my last short putt.  The Golf pulls his swing back and then just freezes there.  There is some lag then you see the ball move as the golfer is still staring at the ground.

What I do to avoid this is make sure golf golfer is fully seated before taking the putt.  Which for online competitive play can be a problem because you don't want to get that forced triple bogey for taking too long especially since there is no shotclock to refer to to make sure you don't lol.

When I go to putt very quickly, as you are saying, on Xbox the player freezes, then the ball actually just moves without any animation. The player is then stuck in place BUT on Xbox I get to move on to the next hole even though the player never moved. On PC it seems it may actually lock up the game.

So far that has only happened that one time, other than  after the initial release where i couldn't get past 2 holes on any coarse.

That happens to me when I'm rushing through a putt and the game is still in "player animation". Mostly short putts that I know I don't have to line up so I just go ahead with the swing motions.
