Game restarting and looping at the end of a 3rd Playoff Hole

Same thing just happened to me in the Wisconsin open. I managed to get through the first three hole aggregate playoff still tied so it went to “sudden death “ though that didn’t work as I won the next hole and the game kept going. Now stuck on the third hole of the playoff the second time around where the game freezes and restarts no matter what score I get on the hole.
