How Do I Take A Mulligan

I have a friend coming over tomorrow to check out the game.  I have mulligans on but have never taken one.  How do you take a mulligan?  Thanks.

With Mulligans set to "On", press the Circle button on PS5 or B button on Xbox any time after you hit a shot and before you are shown getting ready to hit your next shot.
