how to fix the freezing on pc
Gentlemen with the freezing issue on PC every 3 minutes.
i changed alot under visual settings. My PC is way above the requirements, but by making it work less it could handle this * game and it hasnt froze all day. Theres alot of features that are maxed out. Look at those and lower them. worked for me
Hi @5ab249c352909a0b When you have a moment try going through the following steps.
Spoiler- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
