Is there something wrong with Loft on 4 irons and above?

Anyone else figured out how to stop a 4 iron and any hybrid they don’t stop at all even on average greens and full high loft? (I have max accuracy)
They roll about 30-40 yards even with all of the above

Either it’s bugged or I’m doing something wrong
