dear EA sports, please add an xp boost to the game like right now, having to play close to 1000 holes from level 53 to 60 is INSANE! that is WAY to much to level up 10 total levels, you (EA) should...

add it somewhere along the "pro-pass." and I'm talking about at least a 50% increase in xp
Never thought the new patch drove current game into a new low. I am expecting the next patch will get even worse. Britney Spears “Crazy” would be background music to play 1000 holes to reach level 60. I am so glad I stopped playing this game more than a month ago.
I remember a thread complaining there was nothing to do after leveling up and winning their first season. It looks like EA did something about it.

Agree with that. It’s funny this was something I didn’t complain about. There has been so many things advanced level gamers complained about like the lipout and cup physics and I had to go for the ride because I didn’t want them. There were way more advanced gamers when this game released. A lot of their wishes have been implemented but just broke the fundamentals instead. My main complaint is the fundamentals and that took a backseat. Just waiting for next iteration to come. I might read forum before buying next iteration.
I don't understand this mindset of being able to get everything now! What happened to enjoying the process of earning rewards.
1000 holes will take roughly 55 rounds of golf. If people play 2 rounds a day it would take less than a month. And you would be levelling up the whole time.
There is no need to make the point system more irrelevant even faster than it takes to do it now. I would have rather it had been up to level 100 giving you only 1 skill point at a time.
I think it took me only about 3 weeks to get to level 50 if memory serves me correctly. That doesn't provide much value for a AAA title. The game is so easy anyway do we really need to level up to the max.
I feel once you get all the shot types (when I was using them), everything else was just icing on the cake. The extra 10 skill points are more to get people to grind and play the game, it really doesn't add that much to the gameplay.
It really is a hook to get some people to come back and play. I'm a completionist at heart but even I don't feel a pull to do this.
