dear EA sports,
please add an xp boost to the game like right now, having to play close to 1000 holes from level 53 to 60 is INSANE! that is WAY to much to level up 10 total levels, you (EA) should've thought about this b4 the launch of this "patch" (the "casual" player might never hit 60 playing only 40 holes per day playing the daily tournaments, if thats ALL they do)
add it somewhere along the "pro-pass." and I'm talking about at least a 50% increase in xp

To what I remember back in the TW series, the clubs themselves had the attributes. 2K21 is one I fully remember and their clubs have the attributes instead of having specs. In 2K21, one set of Wilson’s clubs were far superior to Callaway, Taylor Made and other available clubs. After 3 patches, Titlist would the superior one.
I agree with @7AnimalMother that the manufacturers got too sensitive. It would be shocking if Tom Hanks has to tell them, “there’s no crying in golf.” IHMO, that is the probably the main reason both EA PGA Tour and 2K23 have specs instead of clubs having the attributes.

I agree its unsporting. But most players here don't consider this game a sport, and apparently neither do the developers. That has been evident since day 1. But even in 2k23 you have to "level" your character. Its just modern gaming, because part of the problem is no game company can make money on just a sport with all the cheaters who dominate these games. So they have to give them something else to play for and microtransactions is the only way to make money. Even games where you don'[t level characters, you still have to play to unlock abilities or buy skins.
