low-view putting zoom camera
I play on PC with 3-click. Is it possible for me to use the low-view putting zoom camera with 3-click or is it just an option for controller players?

Yes, you can use it with 3-Click.
If using a controller - when putting or near the green, press the button to zoom in (I am on PS5, so this is Triangle for me). Then, click the left thumbstick in twice.
If you're using mouse and keyboard, it may be the CNTRL key you have to press twice...that key's functions seem to line up with what pressing the thumbstick does. I just tested this out while using 3-Click, and it works.
