Make Rights for Missing Rewards/Completed Quests

Since the issue is already reported under bug reports, I wanted to reiterate that the game is still not properly recognizing completed quest therefore rewards are not being rewarded.  Proof below.  W...

Well....kinda stinks.  Missed out on alot of reward points and additional skill points.

You don't know that's true yet. With some other changes users have found that rewards have caught up when the fix was applied (getting all their owed rewards) so you may find the same. All you can do is wait as see. I wouldn't do anything specifically to try to get rewards you know aren't tracking properly for you right now just in case though.
