@epicdrome37Anyone remember the 2k23 launch? Their first update actually made the game worse. And they haven't improved much since then. The launch of this game has been far smoother than what 2k23 delivered. And even to this day 2k23 has constant crashes, disconnects and difficulty starting an online game. 2k23 has no flexibility or choices for alt shot, 4 ball etc. EA had an artificial launch date of the Masters and had to deliver. I would expect EA to deliver more online modes(alt shot, etc) and turns based play soon as they likely were almost ready at launch but didn't pass QA. Yes, EA has a ways to go but they've delivered a far better game at this pt in it's life than 2k23 did.

Paying £90.00 for an unfinished product, that’s the bottom line. That’s what people have a problem with. Most people can deal with the odd bug here or there, but to release something that’s so barebones and claim they are “listening” to the community with features that should already be in game is scandalous.
Compare this game to FIFA for instance, it’s night and day. If this was FIFA all these bugs would have been ironed out because FUT makes them so much money beyond the original sale it’s in their best interest. That’s where PGA differs. People don’t have to spend money after the sale, so, effectively, they’ve made all their money. They can do what the * they want now with content & patches, has no effect on them whatsoever.
- @vanKlNG Bang on. EA's been absolutely quiet since the last patch. No community updates, no acknowledgment of what (if anything) is being worked on next.
I'm guessing there will still be another patch, but the lack of communication leads me to think it won't be terribly substantial. And then that'll probably be it. I can't see them dumping tons of dev time into fixing a game that's probably at the bottom of their profitability list.- @Catphish37 I fail to understand how people think it’s acceptable? They’re just happy to be playing a half finished game riddled with bugs, but, it’s ok, they’re updating the community with very vague time lines and no specificity to what they’re going to add.
It’s a real shame, the game has potential to be great. I just don’t think enough people will be around to see it.

im now on my 3rd season in career mode and aside from the odd putt not reading properly here and there and a couple of weird camera angles (that can often be combatted by adjusting your view) I’m just not seeing anything that can be considered a glitch or bug or coding error.
The key to forwarding concerns about something is to remain level headed and keep your tone balanced, otherwise anything you say just comes across as lacking credibility. I know this is a forum whereby everything has to go in the deep end with emotions and the more you can rage about something the more cheerleading you can hope to receive from likeminded people, but in the real world it’s just not a serious and adult way of approaching a subject.
