No Skill points awarded in PGA

Aren't skill points awarded every 2 levels ?

Every level. Have you recently signed into your account on another platform? See how much it would cost to reset each of your skill categories and see if they add up to 102.

Bought deluxe edition of the pga tour received no add on when promised with edition and now level 12 with only acquiring 2 skill points as when I level up it says I have 2 new skill points but nothing is there

I've had this happen to me before. Once I restarded the game the skill points were there.. It hasn't happened since because I'm sitting at level 60 Max.
But hopefully that works.  

Also, upgrading your golfer in the same skill tree will start costing more points.
Maybe it could have been a miscalculation?

Yeah that didn't work. I actually am now a level 59, and didn't get skill points for level 51, 52, 53, 54, or 55. I am now 10 skill points short from what I should have. It's upsetting because when I go to level 60 that will give me 2 more which should put me at 12 unused skill points.

I continued seeing issues and still have not been given a proper fix. I did not receive my skill points for level 51, 52, 53, 54, or 55. This has left me 10 skill points short from what I should have. I am currently level 59, and level 56-59 all worked properly and gave me the skill points. I would like those 10 skill points because when I level up to 60 it would put me at 12 unused, enough for one more power stat

Have you seen how much it will cost to reset each line and added them up?

For the add on, they're supposed to be under the Rewards tab.
