No weekly or seasonal rewards.

Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOURPlatform:Steam-PCSummarize your bug I am not getting the weekly rewards. Haven't got paid for the last two weekly tournaments I played. And I believe I even played a seasonal one as well. No rewards given. I'm getting the daily rewards only it seems now. I received one weekly reward back before the previous two I never got paid for. I can't progress my golfer very fast this way, as the big coin rewards are in the weekly and seasonal tournaments. So can't spec out my golfer. At this rate, I won't be able to buy the wedge spec I want for about another week. If the other rewards came in, I could do it now. Please fix. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. Play the game I guess. I am sure it is an issue with a lot of players. What happens when the bug occurs? When I play weekly or seasonal tournaments. What do you expect to see? My rewards that I have earned given to me, so I can progress my golfer. ‌Please fix this bug, as this really affects the players who paid their hard earned money for this game.&nbsp;Thanks, Glenn&nbsp;

Which weekly and seasonal tournaments are you referring to? The latest weekly tournaments don't finish till tomorrow and the seasonal for quite a while longer, and rewards aren't given till they finish.

Hey Ultrasonic 77, I only got the weekly rewards once. I've missed two weeks now. By the way, the weekly tournament is now the one in the Dominican Republic. It was in Bandon Dunes until today. So the location has changed, and I still did not get my weekly rewards.

So if what you are saying is correct, I should get them sometime today. We'll see, but I am not holding my breath. Now the Iron & Wedge specs are not there in the store anymore to buy until they reappear again. Hopefully my rewards reappear.

Please fix this, and the controller issue soon I posted about in the other section. We paid good money for this game. Get it working properly.

Yes the Bandon Dunes events closed about half an hour ago I think. It will take a while for the results to come out going by last week but should be later today.&nbsp;

Have the bandon dunes weekly tourney rewards dropped yet? I’m due 12000 reward points but havent had them yet. I had the notification when I loaded the game today but when I went to collect in the rewards tab all I had was the rewards from yesterdays 2 daily tourneys? So 12k reward points plus the 10 tickets it cost to enter down at the moment! Posts above say they were due to drop yesterday and they are still appearing as ‘final’ in my tournaments tab rather than in the ‘pending’ tab. Any ideas?&nbsp;

Any ideas?&nbsp;If you've had the notification of your final rank then you should have been able to collect the reward immediately I think. I've always been able to fortunately.&nbsp;This isn't something I can personally try to resolve I'm afraid but to try to prevent this in the future it might be helpful if you could say what platform you're playing on.I'm not sure but I think you may have a chance of a ticket refund if you contact EA Help.&nbsp;
