Not getting upgrade points with XP from challenges

You get 2 skill points each time your player level as shown in the top right increases, which in turn takes the number of XP indicated to the right of this to achieve. Each new level takes more XP than the previous one. What you're experiencing is a reflection of this I think, with challenges generally giving your less XP than a full round.

Sorry, no. I got a ton of XP from challenges (when they worked) and watched my golfer level increase but with no points given for upgrade. Points for upgrade only happen if golfer levels up from XP from playing a course.

I just leveled a few times from completing challenges and got skill points for each level 🤷‍♀️

That is because you do not get direct EXP while playing challenges.  You only get EXP, if it is a reward from progressing through the levels of the challenge.  For example, you have a challenge with 5 events each having 3 goals to complete. That is 15 total goals.  Now the tiers are most likely set at 5 points, 10 points and 15 points.  Every goal is 1 point so you have to complete all the goals to get to 15 points. Every time you hit a milestone (5 pts, 10 pts, 15 pts) you are given a reward to open which typically has EXP and some form of currency or an item. 

So yes, you do NOT get direct EXP like you would playing 4 holes but rather get EXP as a reward if you complete the goals and hit milestones in the challenge. 

Yes. And when I open the rewards and get the 5000 or 10000 XP in that reward I see it added to my golfer and when it's enough, his level increases but he doesn't get any points added for upgrade.

Then you’re experiencing a bug. Any level gained, whether through tournament or challenges grants 2 skill points. 

Have you reached the level cap ? There are only 100 points available so once you reach level 50 you'll stop getting them. It's not possible to max out your golfer so you have to distribute your stats to match your playstyle and use specs from the store to upgrade your clubs.

I'm not sure if this is intended but every time you make a new golfer they can not earn xp from the challenges because the original golfer you made has already completed them and there is no way for you to earn fast xp on the new golfer.I feel when you make a new golfer this should reset and your able to earn xp with a hole new fresh challenges
