NOT RECEIVING SKILL POINTS

So I have a glitch where when I level up I’m not receiving skill points 

how it happened- so I normally play on my Xbox account all was fine I played on my pc for faster gameplay + discord and since I’ve leveled up on my pc it says in my screen I should get the skill points but when I go to golfer I do not have them 

what have I done - I contacted EA they told me basically I have no option but to make a post on here. 

if anyone has any fixes please let me know asap
