twice bought the lightening trail for ea pga golf and the money has gone but no product?
they ask me to follow a link as they cant help on here and the link tells me to come back here, totally uselss, wont be buying anything from EA games again. customer support is a joke
I bought 2 different types of ball trails but they have not showed up in my equipment, both were the lightening trails, im on XBOX

Comes up now and again this. Trails are equipped in equipment. Club trail in the bag section and ball trail in the ball section.

This is the correct answer, they have to be equipped like specs. As it seemed the game has been abandoned by devs, it's difficult these days to get support.
Problem is, it doesn't show up in the equipment section when I'm trying the add the ball trail. Says nothing is available. Wasted 10,000 coin and no help in sight.
It's a good game, but I'm not ever buying a future release after I've seen the way the ignore customers.
Try the bag and the ball tab in equipment.
